• 1/2 L chicken stock, cold
  • 1/4LB diced onion 
  • 1 ounces minced garlic 
  • 1tbs minced parsley
  • 4 ea eggs
  • 1 cups ground parmesan cheese
  • 2.5LB ground beef
  • 2.5LB ground pork
  • 1 cup panko
  • 1/2tbs red chili flask
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1tbs black pepper


  • Add onions, garlic, and parsley into the robo coupe and blend well
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand and cool completely
  • Make a ball with scoop and placed them on the baking sheet
  • Put the baking sheet in the oven at 300°F with 50% moisture
